Yucatan Sunshine is a go to of mine, but Gator Sauce (I can't find it in stores) is literally the sauce of the gods, has a little above average heat bit a nice garlic taste.

My favorite sauce to douse everything is Valencia's. My favorite super hot sauce is any kind of ghost pepper sauce
