im taking creatine and lift hard and all is good
so I was wonderign if it is alright to have a little bit of alcohol when taking creatine or is it a big no no ?
I'm not taking about getting shitfaced with friends, I'm talking about drinking some wine with my cute gf, is it ok ?
Coming from someone who fucked their shit up drinking and taking creatine, I say drink a shitload of water and you should be fine. Keep it under 3 drinks a night and drink a gallon of water a day

gone on creatine cycle like month ago, and still getting wasted as usual. No problems at all, just dont forget to drink shitload of water after night out before you sleep. Otherwise i imagine headaches would be horrible..
