How do I get on that MJ vert mode? Currently can do about 30"

How do I get on that MJ vert mode? Currently can do about 30" with no training but wouldn't mind an even 3 foot
Frank Yang jumped 40" at one point but I can't find his training program?

On A I'm doing shoulder stuff and then cleans, fast squats super setted with depth drops (complex training) and finally heavy single leg squats. Is this alright? I want to do deads too but not sure where they could fit in without burning my cns

Vertical jump bible is your best friend. You can find a free pdf easy if you just google around. It's all about explosive shit like plyometrics and depth jumps
