How do I get on that MJ vert mode? Currently can do about 30" with no training but wouldn't mind an even 3 foot

Power cleans, box jumps. But it's really hard to improve your vertical.
He talks about his technique in some videos. Train explosiveness. But it's hard as fuck. Frank is pretty godly though so don't expect to emulate

On A I'm doing shoulder stuff and then cleans, fast squats super setted with depth drops (complex training) and finally heavy single leg squats. Is this alright? I want to do deads too but not sure where they could fit in without burning my cns

Vertical jump bible is your best friend. You can find a free pdf easy if you just google around. It's all about explosive shit like plyometrics and depth jumps
