Here's the thing, though. That's my average diet each day. According to some articles I read online, I should be burning around 2,000 calories per day basically just from existing. Honestly, a lot of days, I don't think I even end up hitting that. And that's not even taking exercising into account.
And yet I'm not losing weight. Granted, I'm not gaining any either, but I'm honestly kind of surprised I don't look like more of an anorexic than I do. :/
Just wondering what you guys think about this. I would like to slim down a bit, and I'm going to use the sticky for that, but I figured I'd see if /fit/ could make sense of any of this for me.

Work out and you'll redistribute your weight around and get a flatter stomach.
If you don't weigh it or read the nutrition label, you have no idea how many calories you eat.
And an important question, what do you drink? Any type of alcohol has mad calories, soda too, and sports drinks, and basically anything that isn't water/coffee/tea.

Well, I've been getting my estimates from the nutrition labels. As for drinks, I tend to drink mostly water, milk, and coffee. Occasionally pop and liquor (around once or twice a week).
