I don't like shoes when squatting and you can't be sockless.
The only belts they have are Velcro, so u use what I can

At that width, its pretty hard to avoid knees caving in.
High bar squats should be ATG but that looks pretty heavy so I can understand going just at parallel.
That stance width is the only problem i have with your form honestly.

if you want to squat with a stance that wide, work on hip abduction, or put your stance in closer

and dont squat in socks, go barefoot if you dont want to wear shoes

also, if youre just squatting for general strength/hypertrophy/fitness, i would personally not do that kind of wide ass squat. if you're powerlifting and squatting that way lets you move the most weight, go for it. the goal is to move weight, not work your muscles in any specific way.
