Do you live in a city? If so there are usually these bus things set up somewhere to help homeless people on the weekends, they give out food and shit. Also in the very early hours of the morning milk is usually delivered outside shops so you could try stealing that. Just some suggestions, point is there's always ways you can get food especially if you live in a city.

Actually, you are right, the nutritional information of the rice I have here at home says that 100 g of rice are equivalent to 350 kcal, which yields 7000 kcal.
