Depends where you are coming from.
If you are skelly and new to lifting its fine. If you are expierenced lifter without any noobgains left you gained more fat than muscle.

I would have got too self concious about being a fat fuck before getting anywhere near the middle picture. He must have gone full cocoon mode.

Estimated calories? I'd say around 900-1000.
>>

If you do everything right and are new. 2-2.2lbs per month can be muscle in a bulk.
But you need to track longer. Usually at the beginning of a bulk you will also store water weight from carbs etc.
As long as your lifts go up and you feel fine you should be fine. Its winter anyways, a bit of fat doesn't matter.

Thats less. Around 600 max imho
>>
>>35637869
Each one of those pork metaballs are around 70-80 calories.
>>
I can gain 6.6lbs in a day

>>35637829
maybe tell us what the fuck those things are and what they have in them so there'd even be a chance that somebody would estimate your calories even somewhere close

and honestly doubt there's anywhere close to 1000kcal on such a small meal like that unless the meatballs(?) are nothing but fat inside
>>
>>35637829
Fucking WEIGH and COUNT, do not estimate.
>>
>>35637920
It's obvious isn't it?

8 pork meat balls
1 serving of white rice
veggies
>>
>>35637788
It seems pretty average, if a little on the low side. 1lb/wk is the most common bulk, so 8-9lbs over two months.
>>
>>35637929
This
>>35637936
It could be anywhere from 500 to 900 kcal depending on how much the meatballs weigh and how much fat they have in them.

You were the one with the packaging so why can't you just check the calories for sure?
>>
>>35637977
Plain meat packages don't provide nutritional info in my country. Only processed foods. Each ball weights around 85g.
>>
>>35637829
Doesn't look like much rice there senpai and tbqh broccoli is probably like 70kcals. Probably like 550-700 dependent on what thos balls are.
>>
>>35637988
If the meatballs really are that heavy (680 grams in total) then your meal is anywhere from 1000 to 1700 kcal.
Honestly nobody else can tell you any more accurately than you could as meatballs can vary a lot especially with how much fat they have in them.

>>35638016
He says the meatballs are 680 grams in total and meatballs usually vary between 130-260kcal/100 grams
