Do you guys have back problems?
My lower back hurts since a few days now, I am unable to do deadlifts and probably squats as well.
Will stretching help? Should I see a doctor? Back exercises that focus on the lower back?
just deadlift more weight, your muscles will get stronger and stabilise the back
stretch your hamstrings and see a doctor

I have tons. It runs in my family.
You need to stretch often. many of the yoga poses are great: cat, cow, cobra.
you should devote 5 min of every day to good back stretches.
Also getting a massage once a month helps.
Also hot baths and ice packs.
If you have significant pain in your back you should not be doing any lifting until it subsides.
stretch your hamstrings
stretch your lower back
-make your legs wide and bend forward with a straight back
raise arms above back level
keep for 20 seconds
repeat a few times, either with arms just straight, or moving arms up and down together, low to high and higher
look up lower back stretches

Just do your exercises like you normally would.
Mine went away after a week, and it never came back. DOMS in the lower back takes longer to go away.

I pulled my lumbar last February and it took forever for the pain to go away. Look up some back stretches to do, the ones my doctor gave me were knee to chest stretches on the floor and crossing my leg over and pushing my arm against that knee (I forget what it's called .. I would just look up different stretches).
Do them in the am and pm a few times through. They really help
DDP Yoga has done wonders for my back.
