How fit would I have to be to get into the CIA? What sort of training plans could I use?

Fitness isnt much of a thing. It's more high ability in specific areas. Cryptology, analytics, forensics, interpersonal, etc.

Well, if youre an American, you need to be about fit enough for any other desk job. If not American, they may hire you to betray your country if you are in a good position to do so. Which is most likely an office job. They're more about deniability than the spy shit you see in movies
