with pickles and salad dressing over top a wad of romaine lettuce.
>>
>>35588358
I pour the water into the sink.

Then I eat it.
>>
>>35588358
Mix it up with some hot sauce and/or mustard (mayo is ok if you're bulking), just enough to make it stick together so you can make a sandwich with it.
>>
>>35588470
Oh shit why didn't I think of this.

>mercury meme.
Show me one documented case of mercury poisoning by eating tinned tuna.
>>
>>35588358
I prefer Sardeines or herring fillets .. smaller fish accumulate less mercury yet have abundant DHA, protein and B 12.

I grew up on canned Tuna.. was about my favorite thing to eat..

I usually just throw some hot sauce on it.
>>
I usually throw it in a pan to heat it up, and season it with pepper, garlic, cumin. then I put it in a bowl and mix it up with a little bit of light mayo. throw that shit in a tortilla with avocado and welcome to flavor town

I give the water to my cats
>>
>>35589371
I wish I had a cat. I really do. We used to have a cat when I was still living with my parents and I loved that guy, but then he died. Saddest day of my life, not even kidding. Cried like a bitch, still do sometimes when I think of how I found his dead body.
>>
1. Quinoa in a rice cooker (double amount of water)
2. Wait 15 min, meanwhile, chop some on onions.
3. Thrown your onions into the rice cooker, mix it with spices, tuna (in oil olive + jalapenos) and spinaches.

Shit is real
>>
>>35588470
Oil is aweful

>>
>>35588358

How'd you find him anon?
>>
>>35589533
>9 am
>Lie in bed, hear my mother scream in the garden
>Run down, go outside
>My cries and mom says "he is dead, anon, he is dead" over and over
>See him lying in the grass
>Maybe he's just sleeping, I said, even though I just knew that he was dead
>I go down and say his name a few times, nothing happens
>I look at his face, his eyes were wide open, his tail bushy
>Go grab a towel or something to cover up his body
>He was on his way to us when it happened
>He probably felt something was up and ran to us because he was scared and needed help
>He died in agony, all alone and I wasn't there for him
>Cried when I put the towel over him and couldn't speak for the rest of the day without tearing up

Crying right now, t b h
It's not a special story, but I still miss him very much
>>
>about a cup of boiled brown rice
>about half a cup of steamed cauliflower, carrot and broccoli mix
>just some peas to give it some color
>little bit of lemon juice to the rice
>a can of tuna

All mixed up
>>
>>35589653

Pretty sure that cats tend to run off to die in a secluded place, rather than in the middle of a patch of grass. If it's any consolation anon, it's more likely he died suddenly.
>>
>>35589653
You're ARE a little bitch. I don't get how people can get so attached to their pets. They're not even human.
>Having a emotional bond to an animal
Then you probably act like a sperg round actual people.
>>
>>35589653
Also live long cat owner here, had cat's before I can even remember, still got pics of all of them on a shelf.

>>35589732
I'm really sorry for your lack of empathy, animals are real bros.
>>
I mix it rice, boiled eggs, bit of mayo, pepper, greens and eat it in a wrap. You can skip on the mayo, but it's a bit too dry for my taste.
>>
>>35588358
>>35588358
>drain
>scoop into a container for mixing
>add enough mayo so that your tuna is barely sticking together
>add salt, I prefer seasoned salt or garlic salt
>add ground black pepper
>add cayenne pepper (optional)
>mix well
>slap that shit onto some sandwich bread

voila, 5-minute tuna sandwich
>>

Somebody has probably already said this but I cant be bothered so.

>mix tuna (preferably in oil and drained) and egg together
>add salt/seasoning
>with one can and one/two egs make 2 patties
>fry them with a little oil/spray for 3 minutes either side...i liek them a bit crispier though

Really simple easy and healthy with one can of tuna and a couple of eggs its like 45g of protein

Mac&Cheese w/2 Spoons of sriracha and a whole can of tuna.
>>
>>35588470

Oil is damn high in calories. If cutting, minimize dependency on oil altogether.

I usually fry it up with sliced up veggies, chili and an egg. Tastes good and high in protein.
