I prefer Sardeines or herring fillets .. smaller fish accumulate less mercury yet have abundant DHA, protein and B 12.
I grew up on canned Tuna.. was about my favorite thing to eat..

I usually just throw some hot sauce on it.
I usually throw it in a pan to heat it up, and season it with pepper, garlic, cumin. then I put it in a bowl and mix it up with a little bit of light mayo. throw that shit in a tortilla with avocado and welcome to flavor town

I wish I had a cat. I really do. We used to have a cat when I was still living with my parents and I loved that guy, but then he died. Saddest day of my life, not even kidding. Cried like a bitch, still do sometimes when I think of how I found his dead body.
1. Quinoa in a rice cooker (double amount of water)
2. Wait 15 min, meanwhile, chop some on onions.
3. Thrown your onions into the rice cooker, mix it with spices, tuna (in oil olive + jalapenos) and spinaches.

I mix it rice, boiled eggs, bit of mayo, pepper, greens and eat it in a wrap. You can skip on the mayo, but it's a bit too dry for my taste.

Really simple easy and healthy with one can of tuna and a couple of eggs its like 45g of protein

Oil is damn high in calories. If cutting, minimize dependency on oil altogether.
I usually fry it up with sliced up veggies, chili and an egg. Tastes good and high in protein.
