What dryland exercises do you prefer for swimmers (including weights)?

Moderate-heavy pull exercises are good for building strength on top of the endurance that's already there, but balance is also very important so I don't see why things such as higher rep bench shouldn't be used
Squat, DL, bench, OHP, pull-ups, dips, rows.

My coach tells me not to go very heavy. Lighter weights but high reps keeps the muscles streched out

Swimmers should do endurance biased lifting because it most mimics the way they use their muscles in their sport.
