It's up to you, I went to the doctor and picked up a prescription for Propecia at 25 years old. I did my own research and I didn't feel comfortable with the chance of side effects. At 28 I shaved my head and life has been great ever sense.

30 years old and my hair line has thinned and receded to the point where it's blatantly obvious I'm balding.

I didnt reduce it much, if anything it went up. I was doing 1g per pound of body weight. Where as before with my carb heavy diet i wasnt getting all that much.
