look up on image search - men's physique modern dance/ballet dancing or some combination of those
have a look at aesthetic physiques in motion (even if it's a fixed image, you still see something of the movement).
then once you've looked at that for a while, make a new image search of - physique men muscle or something similar.
if you're anything like me the difference should strike you pretty powerfully.
