Or any other kind of tendinosis? Did you manage to fix it? If so, what did you do?

Note I'm not talking about tendinitis which only takes a few weeks to heal. I'm talking about tendinosis which is the goddamn bane of my existence. inb4 cia.

how long did you rest it for? i havent been to the gym for two fucking months. its getting better i guess but still nowhere near perfect. i know that if i start the gym again it will get fucking worse. fucking SUCKS

I had it for 2 years on and off and it sucked immensely... I took the summer off from my racket sport and with rest + ice it went away. Remember to stretch the wrist before any type of exercise

Rest and ice everyday and after every single workout.

I had tendinosis on my psoas and couldn't squat properly. Went away after resting *completely* (not even using the stairs) for a month and icing the area a couple times a day everyday. Total time with that shit 6-7 months.

On the other hand, I got it from squating too much, fuck that 3 days a week bullshit SS and SL tell you, at first it's ok but when you aproach your max strength you simply can't squat heavy every other day. SS makes more sense here because it tells you to switch wednesday for a light squat session for recovery, which I didn't do because I did SL instead. I wish I had done SS.
