Started to lift with him about three years ago, lifted together for about 5 months then our paths spilt.
I lifted on and off since then, made some strength gains but not much in the looks. Didn't pay any attention to diet.
He lifted pretty dedicated the whole time and went from skelly to pretty damn athletic.
We ended up working the same gig about 6 months ago and he got me back into a much more dedicated routine and got me to cut for once. Starting to make some gains in the looks department.
Moving away next week and probably won't see that faggot for at least six months.
