dumbell curls 3 sets of 15
one arm preacher curls 3 sets of 15
heavier routine
straight bar curls i do 7 sets total 4 sets of 10 add 5kg 2 sets of 8 add 5kg 1 set of 6
dumbell curls 3 sets of 8
spider curls with dumbell 3 sets of 8
reverse curls or hammer curls 3 sets of 10
