Rugby or hockey.
You need to be big to smash into people and shit but at the same time you do insane amounts of cardio so you end up getting lean too.

Former hockey player here.

Hockey is a very taxing sport, primarily on endurance but some on strength too.

I think basketball would be the hardest on endurance though to be honest.
