I go to my gym expecting dyel peeps messing around for my enjoyment
Instead i get all these collage and highschool kids who have 1-4 weeks off and come in to do real fucking lifts

Tfw both power racks are taken my packs of 3-6 teenagers deadlifting and almost no benches avaiable
I have trouble finding room just to do my dumbell routine.

Now i got to go early in the mouring or il get the fagots who all wait unt8l5pm to come in and lift together christ! I hate it.

There's been a knee brace on the floor for a few days. It moves around. Started off by the dip station, went to the dumbbell rack, then to the cable row machine.

Well, I'm not a resolutioner, I am in that gym everyday. Just shit tier genetics except face, and a subpar diet so I can't say I deserve to judge, but today I saw something note worthy.

In a fluid motion, this is so weird, one would curl the bar and yell "WHOOO". The other would assist that curl fully and sync the "WHOOOO". Then, the curl would go down into the other guy's curl/assist and repeat.

It literally looked like they were just flailing around. I don't understand.

Third one has been working for several months on her candy & coffee flavored liquid sugar addictions. Enter three days of fatass customers telling her she doesn't need to be torturing herself. Enter three days of half her customers bringing her cupcakes, doughnuts and other things. I'm watching in horror at outsiders sabotaging that ship.

Me, I'm getting shit left & right because I just bought a new setup from Rogue for Black Friday. I haven't completely made it, but I'm close. If one more person tries to foist doughnuts or candy on me I'm going to snort a 50/50 mix of caffeine & creatine and then squat a car for reps before tossing the fridge of dietary horrors out.

I had someone grab my shoulder from behind while I was doing military press a couple years back. I had headphones in and no mirror in front of me at 1 AM (24 hr gym) and I didn't know I wasn't alone. I never expected someone to touch someone else mid set either till it happened. Needless to say, my immediate reaction was to turn around... mid set. With heavy weight on a military press. Resulted in me wrecking my right shoulder. Months off from any upper body movement. Type II separated shoulder that hurts from time to time to this day, doctors don't know why it never healed all the way and why it refuses to do so. I'm just now 2 and half years later getting close to where I was. And you know what he wanted? To see if he could work in.

If he's doing high bar it shouldn't be on the neck or the back, but on the traps. Most likely he was using proper high bar form, but the old guy interpreted it as too high up. I've had people tell me the same when squatting high bar.
