HEY /FIT/IZENS!

I got a question i can't find a proper answer to.
I used to work out until about a year ago, then i fractured a vertebra and was out for 6 years. Im currently free from work until next october so i started working out again, especially for my back.
Since i want to keep a somewhat normie day, i get up at 7am for breakfast, which consists of a sandwich made of salami or chorizo and that break with seeds in it and some orange juice (i think its the breakfast but i'm not sure, gym staff say its ok).
So well, im the kind of guy who likes to push himself and feel my muscles burn while working out. But usually, before i can reach that point in each exercise i just gotta stop because i'm about to throw up. I personally would totally throw up since i feel awesome after throwing up, but i really don't wanna throw up every time i hit the gym, that'd be rude.
It also kicks in faster during the lower body days than during the upper body days, if thats of any relevance....

Well, /fit/, im not usually from around here, but maybe you can help me, i'd be glad!
and thank you in advance already.

You cant handle the intensty yet. Work yourself up...thtowong up is a sign of being out of shape. It can also be to much food intake before workout.

Well shit, i have been working out for about 3 months and it doesn't seem to get much better, and my sandwiches in the morning are rather small.
But thanks for replying

How about working out in a fasted state? No food in your stomach = nothing to throw up

How quickly after eating do you work out?
>>

Well, i could try that. But when they were measuring how strong i was on my first day and i got all pale, she asked what i ate.
But i'll try, it makes some kind of sense

Usually around 10-20min after

Try an hour next time. I get nauseous if I don't wait an hour after eating before working out.

Runners throw up all the time. But that is because they are conditioned athletes exerting tremendous amounts of energy.

You are just an out of shape faggot who probably has a heart problem.
