Well 2 things.
On the one hand I got way more self respect because I lift way higher then average and have a decent BF%.
While on the other hand it got me a bit down about humanity and stuff. Well i guess that is more 4chan in general.

Do you have that when you are fully buffed up you have god/superman feeling.
It's definitely helped me internalize my feelings about humanity a little better, while also validating some of them. Physically, I feel better than I did in high school (I'm 24 now). Once I started lifting heavy, I stopped drinking as much because I didn't like going to the gym feeling like shit the next morning, and I stopped caring about bar skanks because their vapid bullshit became too much for me to handle anymore. I'm much more confident in my own actions and I feel much more in control of my life. I could say I'm happier.

When the pain of being alone becomes grater than the pain of being a pussy, you'll get one.
But since you're fit and tight, there's an order of magnitude more chance you will succeed with your kamikaze approaches as well as the chances of actually keeping her when you start dating.
