How the fuck do you lads get so strong deadlifts? My first deadlift was at 70kg and I struggled, currently at 100kg after three months. I see dudes pulling more than that the first month. How the hell is it possible?

How often do you deadlift?

Because I'm not a little bitch.

Muscle memory from being active ad a child.
Proportions (pic related)
They could be eating at a surplus and getting plenty of sleep while you could possibility be lacking somewhere in that department.
Or they're on gear butbut that's really doubtful. As willing as people are to take shortcuts, most noobs won't touch gear and may even think creatine and protein powder are the equivalent of roids.

I do SL5x5 and DL 1-2 a week.

I wasn't active as a child and I'm 188cm which I think is 6'2 and burger language. I also have long as fuck legs which should theoretically support the deadlift but I'm still shit at it. I'm gaining slow in everything but DL is just terrible. 40kg bench to 70kg 1rm is alright/good for 3 months but a 2pl8 deadlift is just fucking bad. I also squat 90kg proper depth and form for three reps.

Also, my deadlift form isn't bad at all, at least not so bad I should be deadlifting 2plate.

My first day in the gym I pulled 205 lbs for a set of 5. And after 3 months while cutting I hit 3pl8 for a 1RM.

I was a swimmer in high school though, so that's probably why. Any thing below 3pl8 is seriously baby weight though.
