There are physical traits that can be used to determine ones biological sex.
Sex != Gender
Gender is a social construct, sex is a biological fact. If you have XY genes you are male. If you have XX genes you are female. If you have XY genes you have testosterone levels within a certain range. If you have XX genes you have severely diminished testosterone levels compared to an XY human. None of this is debatable. This is scientific fact. Consensus.
If you have high levels of testosterone as an XY human does, then you are subject to the associated androgenization. You get a defined jaw, more prominent brow ridges. You develop facial hair and body hair. Your voice becomes deeper. Your head hair thins. Your musculature, which is predominately driven by free testosterone levels, becomes more massive. Your sex organs grow larger. Your skin becomes more oily and acne develops.
The above is all factual. There is no debate among the scientific community as to what happens when humans are exposed to testosterone. Testosterone, the hormone, is associated with high levels in males, and greatly diminished levels in females. In fact, the levels of testosterone can be used to determine the sex of the person for purposes of competition where access to chromosomal testing is impossible.
A female body will begin to look more like a males body when they are exposed to testosterone in supraphysiological doses.

You're confused. Males exhibit a normal body shape as do females. There's a range of normal, yes, but 90% of males share physical characteristics as do female.
You're arguing that calling cats four-legged animals is wrong because some cats have 3 legs. The average determines the normal. The only women displaying male secondary sex characteristics have hormonal imbalances or androgen sensitivity issues. They are by definition abnormal and completely irrelevant to this discussion.
