Oats+milk+protein powder is pretty solid. Tried and tested by countless fitizens. Amounts may vary but add in extra milk or some water if its too thick. If its not enough, up the amount until it hits your desired macros. If you have stuff you wanna add, it can usually work.
My standard one was 500ml of milk, 1 cup of oats and 2 scoops of whey, plus about 100ml of water, give or take. Blend it all together, and its a kickass shake.
It was amazing for me, since at that point in my life I was skipping breakfast, and then having to overeat through the day to compensate for it. This shake pretty much saved my ass.
