Hi /fit/ I started working out at the begining of 2015, got into decent shape( was able to do 20 pull ups no problem) then around july i fell into a persistent depression. How long do you guys think it would take me to get shredded? I went from 170lbs to 201(current) im also 6'4

I feel like fapping has caused me to lose all intrest in women. I'd fap a couple times a day(which i did for 5+ years) then i would just feel reclusive and not text any girls back. Also i think it makes my cock smaller. When im working out and not fapping i get better bloodflow down there
