A 82kg 1,73m manlet here, 17%BF (measured.. not estimated by a bunch of random guys on internet..)
I just started a cycle a week ago. Made everything right, calculated my TDEE (not overestimating my workout), reduced 25% to create defcit, counting calories (really counting.. bought a kitchen scale) and making right choices.
My caloric target is 1900 kcal.
Problem is.. im not getting hungry... like, never.
I mean, It's midnight here, i want to sleep, and im 500 kcal behind. Im forcing myself to eat, but it's supposed to be a cutting...
Im afraid I just messed up and lost lean mass and screwed myself
help anons :(
bump?

eat is work, like lift is work. soon lift become fun, soon eat become fun. eat and you will come to like. also
peanut butter
>>35479249
But.. peanut butter for cutting?
Is this real life?
82kg 1,73 17% bf? are you sure about that bf, it seems a little low for that height/weight combo, or you're just muscular as shit

Im sure that they mesured it. Idk how precise caliper is neither how retarded the measure-guy was...
But I've been training for two years and have never cutted. I may have some decent mass under all this fat..
>>35482418
caliper tests always seem to come in ridiculously low for me, I really prefer to rely on visuals than some designed to be flattering formula
anyway this calculator with those numbers gets us a ffmi of 23.2, so grats man, you're built af

How did you measure your bf%?
If it's calipers, then some random guys on the internet would've been more accurate probably.
>pic related is 14.8%
>>35483197
My gym used to apply physical test with calipers.
The guy who mesured it is graduated on PE, so I suppose he knows what he was doing..
Left or right is 14%?

You're cutting and the supposed problem is not being able to eat more? What the fuck? Just don't eat then - it facilitates your cut. You don't even have a problem.
>>35478745
I'm 1m85 (6'0) cutting, currently at 77 kgs, and l'm around 20% bf, post pics anon
>>35483236
calipers are never that accurate.
the right picture was measured via dexa scan in a clinic. dexa scans one of the most accurate ways to measure bf%.
calipers underestimate bf by 3 to 6 percent
>>35483237
My problem is that idk if a) Im losing to much muscle b) if my caloric target (1900) is too damn high
>>35483302
Yeah, you should be right.
Pic is me
>>35483458
theres no way you are 17% BF lmao
try 23-25%
>>35483458
it doesnt look too bad, but you're over 20%.
some people dont really get that hungry during a cut. I'd say multiply your weight in lbs times 10 and go from there.
82kg / 180lbs with 23% bf means 1800kcals per day with 2.2 times your lean body mass in grams of protein.
82 * 0.77 * 2.2 = 130g protein/day

>>35483557
cont. you can also go even lower like 1.7k or maybe even 1.5k because of your high bf%.
just make sure to hit your protein goal everyday so that you barely shred any muscle.
>>35483557
Tks bro, that really helps..
Hum.. I was going to 1g/lb aprox, but it was really really hard. Ill try this!
>>35483578
And do you change the amount you eat when you train and when you dont?
I was keeping it but seems a little stupid..
>>35479467
calories are calories.
>>35479467
are you retarded?
>>35483458
More like 25% fat ass.
>>35483645
>>35483639
does not seems to be a smart choice for a cutting a food so caloricly dense lol...
>>35483676
OP is whining he's 500 kcals behind and isn't hungry. Penut butter is an easy solution.
>cycling while not knowing what the fuck you're doing
You are just asking to get fucked up
>>35483716
My mistake..Crucial word missing. Should be "cutting cycle".
Not on roids dude... :)

just buy whey protein powder and meat (or rice protein if intolerant). That makes hitting your protein goal a lot easier.
