In less than an hour I'll be off to the gym and there will be 3 sets of 20 reps with 968lbs loaded onto the 45-degree leg press (yes, I know, that translates to about 684lbs), feet high on the platform, knees going all the way down to a few inches from my chest.
By the way is your 720lbs on a 45-degree leg press or a flat leg press?
