Trying to make girls take workout plans seriously is easily one of the most frustrating things on this planet. When you talk to them, they seem all motivated and seem to have the right mindset, but in reality literally everything else in their lives is more important than working out.
My gf is not fat at all, but she was kind of interested in starting to work out. I quit lifting a year ago because I was already 1½ years into it and I suddenly realised how pointless bodybuilding was. I wasn't fast and I couldn't do anything with my body.
