no, cialis and viagra are to be taken before having sex only. viagra is bullshit though, it lasts like 1 to 3 hours, while cialis can last up to 24-48 hours. It doesn't mean you'll be walking with a non-stop boner all that time, but you will get a boner very easily. Personally, whenever I feel like I'm about to get lucky, I go to the bathroom and take half or a third of a pill. It takes about 30mins to take effect.
