The Texas Method templates in it are shit, but the more theoretical stuff is pretty interesting.

The book is a good read and does give you a great insight on what kind of programming you should be focusing on, but man I got pretty damn confused with the shitty layouts of the programs listed in it.

Compare that to the tnation article or the starting strength wiki of the texas method and the clarity is night and day between the websites and the book.

Follow his learnings if you are a new, uninformed lifter looking to gain mass and strength. But do know that this is literally everything they will ever be good for.
