I had a stomach virus post Christmas so for NYE I didn't drink. I lost 6-8 lbs thanks to constant diarrhea with no lifting in about a week. Now I'm posting from work waiting to go home and lift a little.
Jan 1st was a rest day. I did 40min of cycling outdoors and that's it.
