My scale says 22.1% which seems too low.
Also what should I do for chest aside from Bench, incline Bench and DB Flyes?
Am I out of dyel mode yet?

Haha not anymore.. thanks for confirming my decision to not doing leg day anymore though.
I still deadlift.. Squats I do with 60kg once a week (wouldn't have a problem with not doing them at all anymore though).

I do Push/Pull 4-6 times a week

Lol the fuck you get that number from retardo. Hard to guess how much extra weight youre carrying without your height but say youre carrying as much as 20kg of fat that needs to be removed. 20 weeks of cutting and youre there, you could sustain that rate even if you needed to maintain/build strength. If youre doing it purely for aesthetics you could push 1.5kg/week and have it still be healthy/no muscle loss.

Are you asking why I'd rather judge a routine based on experience and results?
As you can see it makes you look fucking unbalanced (as the first anon also pointed out).
I actually liked doing squats but I don't want bigger legs so I went down from 90kg to 60kg and only do them once a week.

No i'm asking you why you would do a routine that puts so much emphasis on squats if you don't want to look like you squat a lot.
The goal of SS is not to "look balanced" but to get as strong as possible as quickly as possible.
You do that by adding a lot of weight to your squat.

That may be true but I honestly don't think my upper body could get big enough for me to think that my legs look too small.. if that day comes I can still add a leg day into my workout.

My current routine looks like this:

Incline Bench
DB Flyes
Cuban Press
Skullcrushers
Lateral Raises
(Squat)

Most of the time I do ABxABxx and so far I haven't stalled and keep increasing my lifts with micro-plates every workout.
