Hi /fit/
I am mostly sedentary and I am agoraphobic. How can I get exercise? I can start to feel my circulation going bad.
My limbs fall asleep a lot more than they used to and I get lightheaded easier than I used to, stuff like that.

Home gym seems to be your best choice.
Get a treadmill and some simple weights. As you progress buy more equipment. Any bodyweight routine is also doable and probably cheaper.

Draw your curtains, turn the lights off, put weights on your bed and climb underneath it as if you are trying to hide from the world, bench press the frame.
That way you will be exercising while being in the same position you are most of the day.
