Cutting now. Or at least I was until Christmas arrived. Cheat day turned into cheat week after my family left and there was still so much food and booze left over. Almost all gone and then back to my cut. I want to get lean. I'll just keep cutting and doing my workouts until I'm happy with my body fat %. Not worried about deadlines.

In like two weeks. Wanted to start as early as December actually, but then I realised that holidays are gonna fuck everything up if I do.

Same as last year, when my bulk yields actual results and my weight is stable for at least 3 months, measured every morning and every evening.
Started bulking second week of october, so l'm propably not gonna finish in 2016.
I need that stable 235-240lbs.
