I did my 100s, minus the running, for most of 2015. It was honestly the best morning workout routine for me. I would do this before breakfast, shower, and heading off to work. It's a great way to amp yourself up.

This is not a certain method of building muscle and weight, however. For that, I would go to the gym and pick up pieces of metal and put them back down. I always go after work, before dinner.

If you are completely new to fitness, I WOULD NOT recommend this to you. This is exactly the kind of thing that would burn out a NYResolutioner. It's deceptively hard to do your 100s. Go to the gym, pick up some free weights and work with lower weights to build up strength.

Then again, I'm just making assumptions here. That'll do, pig. That'll do.
