Kek, I train legs 3 times a week, I've only been lifting for 3 months and I was auschwitz mode
>jelly I made more gains than you in 3 months

> in 3 months
> for 3 months
Are you sad u look like you've been lifting for 2 weeks instead of the 7 months you've actually been lifting?

Do 5x5. Full, deep, squats. You are a young skellington, don't waste your youth on fuckarounditis.

5x5 is way too much volume if you squat more than twice a week. 3x5 is by far enough if you are squatting as heavy as you can
>>35451983
nattys respond best by heavy weight, low reps. not just weight that feels heavy, you have to use weight that you are literally about to fail on the last rep. when you push yourself on that last rep is where you start to grow

y-you too
>>35452169
do heavy squats 3x5 and eat at a surplus
that's how I got hercules mode legs bruv, the calfs were genetics tho

Nice pants, just have a solid workout plan for legs, i do back squats, front squats, and hack squats. Stick to compounds and avoid machines as much as u can
>Should I do 5x5 to establish some strength before moving on to training for mass with more reps but less weight
do people really believe they can add 150-200 lbs to their squat without adding mass to their legs?
