You can train 3 muscle groups. I do chest/shoulders/triceps for 2.30
5 days, 1:30 usually. 1 hour of lifting, 30 minutes of cardio, then sometimes sauna or hottub after.

My resolutions for this year was to cut cardio in half and focus on gaining mass. Hopefully I won't by the summertime.
OT: I usually finish everything by 2 hours in the gym. Sometimes less, sometimes a little more.
