I've decided to change from bro splits to a pplx2 routine but I do not know what kind of exercises should the routine consist of. Should the workouts be ABCxABC or ABCxA2B2C2? What is the best type of program for bodybuilding?

Not the guy, but usually that refers to less repetitions, more weight, longer breaks between sets. Doing that builds strength, in particular.

like I'll do 5x5 for big compounds like bench and ohp on heavy days, i tend to keep isolation exercises the same weight and reps on heavy days tho
