Is he natty?
This ledditor is claiming natty over 12 months, link to the /r/cancer thread:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/3yqxg7/12mths_progress_before_after_pics_full_details/
His lifts have gone from:
Squat: Didn't do them
DL:70kg
Bench: 50kg
OHP: 30kg
To:
Squat: 130kg Trap bar
DL: 170kg
Bench: 125kg
OHP: 50kg
Claims natty at 62 years old.
Is he, /fit/?
>>35443565
How the hell do people bench/deadlift so much yet have such awful OHP.
My deadlift/squat/bench is baby tier yet for some reason I just excel so fast with OHP, it's by far my best lift.
Is it possible im just predisposed to having far greater vertical pressing strength?
>>35443572
do you have short arms for your height?
If he's 62 then he's not natty at all.
Pic related is a natty 64-year old guy.
Past certain age your body doesn't produce enough test to keep muscle mass and make gains.
he's an old dude so he is undoubtedly on TRT

Fucking pussies.

kek
>>35443565
Yes, he's absolutely natural.
If you read the comments, he's been racing canoes for 25 years and has a bunch of medals in his home gym to prove it. 25 years of fitness is 25 years of fitness, all he did was improve his diet slightly and start lifting weights and in a year he conditioned his physique.
If he went from couch potatoe to that in a year, I'd call bullshit, but he went from ripped athlete to shredded bodybuilder.
4/5 Scoobies.
Yeah he is taking test
But get rid of his lats and he barely looks bigger than the first pic
>>35443671
>5'8
>25 years of canoeing
>4 years of strict dieting
>1 year of strict lifting
>72kg
I don't know why /fit/ thinks this is impossible to achieve for someone like him.
>>35443676
because after a certain age your testosterone production shuts down
>>35443685
No it doesn't. Stop spouting bullshit. There's no set age for your testosterone to "shut-down" and even then, it doesn't "shut-down" it slows down production and produces less. And 62 years old is not the point where your body "shuts down" stop being retarded. 62 is still relatively "young".
>>35443688
older you are the lower your test levels are hence you hold less muscle. Its a lot harder to get those lift numbers and gains in a year at 62 hence the implied fake natty
>>35443627
roid accusations in every single thread are pure cancer, there's probably a thread in r/nattyorjuice right now for those who want to discuss this
>>35443676
>I don't know why /fit/ thinks this is impossible to achieve for someone like him.
Hes 62 you mongoloid. Hes on TRT
>>35444050
you're cancer, kill yourself.
faggot redditor
>>35444520
sorry quality content is more important to me than memes :o)
>>35443588
This is only partially true. At ages 62 his test levels would have dropped by 30%. However, small fluctuations in test are not enough to stop people from making gains, especially if that person has never touched weights in their life.
pic related is probably on trt though. I find it hard to believe a 62 year old man could get a 300 lb bench in his first year of training. Most young adult men with healthy test can't get that in the first year.
>>35443589
he said in the op that he did it without trt
>>35444507
> Clean eating, predominantly Whole Foods, no TRT or other chems, only creatine, D3, Casein Powder
>>35444647
>natty
>is on the creatine
Aaaand here we go.
>>35443565
kek he isnt.. if he didnt make gains by the age of 40 he isnt magically going to slap on mass and lose fat at the same time at that age.
NOT NATTY / Rich Piano
>>35444653
>tfw roiding
>friend asks me if i'm natty
>jokingly tell him i'm taking creatine
>actually not taking creatine
>>35443565
he obviously isn't. why do you even need to ask that? welcome to fit i guess
>>35443565
Ridiculous shoulder gains are a sign of roid use. Probably not natty
