Can this actually happen?
if you don't take lifting serious at all yeah
>>35439963
What constitutes as serious? 7 times a week-type routine?
>>35439941
If you do everything Jason Blaha tells you to do, it will happen.
>>35439941
>2 years "training"
>>35439941
Dude is obviously never bothered to diet
yeap 2 years on SS
>>35439941
1 year training yet the guy has 0 muscle, even less than I had after even 4 weeks of barbell training 3 times a week.
Either he lifted 5lb weights in each hand every day and ate like shit or he did nothing with his gym membership.
>>35439941
Looks like he did forklifts for too long
>>35439941
It is possible if you are actually low test to make no gains after 2 years of liftan, however, it's much more likely that the kid didn't lift at a consistent rate nor did he lift big enough weights.
>>35439941
"training"
If you actually train for 3 months you will have built more muscle than this retard did in 2 years.
>>35439941
with shitty diet, rest you will not grow much even if your lifting is perfect
>>35440678
Not too bad for a skinnyfat desu.
>>35440699
>Not too bad
>3 years difference
>>35439941
This is what happens when you do GOMAD without actually seeing that Rippletits says to stop it after a month if your body fat is going up.
Its also possible that he has crap genetics adding to that. I have thin wrists(like literally the size of my 5' gf's) and gaining any mass is a pain. My gains probably come at half the speed of the average male.
>>35440744
How thick are your wrists and how does it effect gains?
whatup guys>>35440744
>>35440771
i got small wrists, but i got a thick dick, my dick is actully bigger than my wrist, i just found out my dick is top 1% in the world (GIRTH GIRTH GIRTH NOT LENGTH) so im poretty happy, peace out and happy newyears
>>35440823
you know you have to eat at a surplus right?
>>35440744
You don't eat enough. The truth.
>but m-muh genetics
>>35440847
yeah ofc but its hard mate
>>35439980
>What constitutes as serious? 7 times a week-type routine?
Following a program written by someone who knows what the fuck they're doing. Stringently adhering to the program, not changing every week, increasing the amount you're lifting on a consistent basis.
>>35439941
He did crossfit probably.
>>35440678
>Always see people who get massive gains in a really short time
>Know my progress isn't great since I'm lazy
>See this and realize that the bottom of the barrel is very very low.
>>35440896
yeah it is, which is why you can drink calorie dense drinks which is much easier
milk powder + protein powder + milk
>>35440823
>i just found out my dick is top 1% in the world
wtf how thick is that put it in my mouth no homo
>>35440853
I'm not blaming my genetics at all. My p-ratio just means I gain a higher proportion of fat when I bulk and when I cut I lose a higher proportion of muscle. It just means I have to cut more than the average guy who goes to the gym and it takes longer.
>>35440771
I'm not actually sure how thick they are but I have a rolex watch and I have it on the lowest width.
Read below for the whole stuff but a tl:dr would be you can only hold so much muscle per kg of bone and the thinner your wrist the more likely you will to be having thiner bones. You've probably noticed the guys who seem to have the best gains are the ones who are naturally wide(not fat, wide), while the skinnyfat or fat guys generally have the slowest gains.

>>35439941
Dude is a fucking joke. It can and will happen if you eat like shit and have no discipline in your training. You could beat his 7 months to 2 years "progress" in under 2 months and a year out you could easily be ripped. There is literally no excuse for being that fat or weak if you've been working out for 2 years except that you are lazy as fuck with near zero willpower.
>>35440823
Same here brah.
Shit gains but dick in the top 0.2%
>>35439941
2 fucking years!?2211!
>>35439941
Of course it can. It's called having a shit diet and doing 20 push ups every other day (excluding weekends, of course).
>>35439941
I've had pretty about gains for training as long as I have. Why?
>social phobia so tried to do home gym with subpar equipment for a long time, no rack, not enough weight
>not eating enough for a long time
Look better than that guy though
>>35439941
you leads you randomly
>>35439941
i feel bad for this guy
>>35442259
seriously, no way that guy was at all dedicated
