Just finished shoulder press with dumbbells. It was the last set so I wasn't paying attention to form.
I heard a slight crunch noise. Now I have pain at back left base of my neck that goes down to my rear delt. It hurts to look left and I feel the pain shoot between rear delt and left neck.
I presume it's just a nerve that will correct itself over a couple hours. I feel light headed. Any advice?

Go to a fucking doctor.

I don't think it's that bad desu. I think I'll have a hot shower then cold and wait it out for the day.

maybe you are just sore from that days workout

Being sore doesn't impinch a nerve.

>Be American
>Literally not going to the doctor because you can't afford it
>it is literally 2016 and people claim they live in a first world country yet lack basic healthcare

lmao

Ah fuck. It isn't as bad as it was initially it's just when I move my neck back or try to roll my neck it hurts.

It might just be a problem with the rotation muscles in the neck

Let me hope that. But it feels like a nerve because of how it shoots down to my rear delt.
I think rest and anti inflammatories should do the trick. If still bad two days later I'll see a doc

If you heard a crunch it wasn't a nerve. I was gonna say you mightve dislocated your shoulder and it popped back in, but it sounds more like you pulled something in you neck or trap.
>>
>>35436009
Also could've popped something in your brain from straining. Go to the doctor in case you have an aneurysm or somethin anon...unless you wanna die or end up a vegetable.
