How do you guys feel about Alan? I assume he isn't talked about on here much since he isn't as meme-y or cringeworthy as other fitness youtubers. He and Athlean-X are my favorite fitness youtubers so far, but I just want good no bs channels. I've used Alan's videos only for form really since I was recommended his channel by a more experienced friend.

Literally hurt my shoulder a week ago benching and I can hear my shoulder clicking, creaking and shit. I guess I'll follow this advice

The only fitness youtuber I watch for information. The others I sometimes check out for cringe or keks.
Alan is based. He gives solid info with next to none extra bullshit and isn't an attention whoring shillmaster. Actually thinking about going OLY thanks to watching his oly videos.
