Stalled. Completely stalled.

Now I need a new diet with a fuckload of proteins. Problem is, my main sources are tuna (fuckload of mercury in your system if you eat it everyday, and I'm currently at 140g a day), and eggs (yolk fucks you up on the long term too, I'm at 4 a day).

What does /fit/ think?

No you dont you fucking retard. Just eat more food. You only need like 80g of protein right now, which is so easy to consume its a joke. Once you get up to a more normal weight for you height (~170) then you may have more problems but even then getting all that protein is is super simple. Skinny but not skeletal, and I at least have abs and am starting to get boobs, but I can still see the collarbone. I want to put on more muscle but I find it really difficult to eat more than I do. Hey opie, a liter of whole milk plus a bag of peanuts (125g, I eat them roasted with honey) will give you 60g of protein and around 1300Cal and it's really easy to eat, either in one sitting or during the day, hope this helps.
Ps: it's also cheap as fuck
