For the entire first 2 hours of the date, we really hit it on
She was laughing at all my jokes, touching me, fidgeting my hair, smiling and looking into my eyes, etc.
Then I tried to kiss her, but did it REALLY awkwardly, I wasn't communicating well what I wanted to do at all, so she was confused as fuck.
Then I went full spaghetti, trying to explain myself away, going into a nonsensical rant

Proportions, weight, prior activity and training all make a difference.
I had a 2plate bench before I had a 3plate squat and in all honesty I'll probably have a 6plate deadlift by the time I get a 3plate bench or a 4plate squat. On the flipside, one of my training partners squats more than he deadlifts and damn near presses his bench weight.
