wow i'm exactly the same. 5'10 63.5 kilos. Just hit 52.5 kilos on incline bench yesterday (8 reps). I can also do 10 chin ups with 20 kilos strapped to me. Is this good?

Its not bad. Im at 60 bench (5x5)
Ive set my goals as
0.75 body weight for ohp (48kg, im on 45 so close)
1bw bench (again on 60 so should reach 62.5 next session pass 64 the bench session after that)
1.5 squat (on 87.5 so close to the 96kg goal)
2bw deadlift (on 100/128 goal so again close).
Was hoping to beat them by years end but thats gone.
Next goal is a longer term one 1/2/3/4

5'10 165 lbs and I've been lifting for 3 years...still look dyel with a shirt on. Feels bad to have a naturally small frame...I achieved otter mode pretty easily and early on though. I just lift now in a sad attempt to pack on more mass.

My girlfriend tells me I should just maintain my current physique but I'm never happy with myself whenever I look in the mirror. Thanks for the body dysmorphia fit.

whenever I do triceps, pull ups or curls, all lanklets are watching because of the weights I'm using while doing the same exercises with less weight (and STILL only swinging in order to make those reps)

If you're new to this, they'll just be noob gains. Pull ups are god tier but push ups won't do much in terms of gains. Also, working out everyday obviously isn't recommended. Get some rest in there man.

Op I do a combination of lifting the irons, and pull up + push ups. Otter mode is being unlocked. Do you run? 20 - 40 mins of a good jog will help sculpt your body. I've still been making gains. I hit my legs twice a week and have a PPL routine. Do it man, you will be an Adonis. I don't wanna get huge, just look good naked.

I started barely benching 80 pounds and barely curling 30 pounds. My bench shot up to 200 and I can curl 90 now. You need calories, and about 1 gram of protein per kg. your body absorbs roughly 20 grams at a time. Every 2 hours eat a good meal and chase it with a protein bar or shake. You got this familia.
