That's not how this works. Lose it slow, evenly. 2-3 a week, start lifting and do cardio. Even out your diet. Make it a lifestyle change, not just a shotgun move.

230 when i started, took about 3 months of eating 1200 all natural calories and running twice a day 20-30 mins. now im 188 and kept the weight off well. I lost some muscle mass too however. now im lifting and bumped it up to 1500 calories a day. the weight loss is less but i feel way better and i get to eat more.

Stimulants, amphetamine (Adderal XR), Ritalin, modafinil to a lesser extent

Sugar 4 kcal/g 4000 kcal per kilogram
Protein 4 kcal/g 4000 kcal per kilogram
Alcohol 7 kcal/g 7000 kcal per kilogram
Fat 9 kcal/g 9000 kcal per kilogram, so something like 4050 per pound.

Those are averages, different fats, proteins, sugars have different caloric values.
