I went to the gym and squatted 110kg for 10 reps and 4 sets at 68kg + working out for 2 and a half years. Is this considered strong or do I have a long way to go?

1/2/3/4 is usually the merit for whether or not someone is a strong lifter. The numbers refer to the number of pl8s lifted and the lifts are as follows ohp/bench/squat/deadlift

Squat 110kg for ten reps. I don't squat as much as you, but I don't consider that to be strong. Don't get me wrong but I don't like low standards for lifting stats, they're often too low. It's stronger than most people, probably, but that rarely means much thing. I would consider a 250kg squat strong, but that's my opinion. Also, get some arm work, and get a little leaner, you'll look great.

Everytime someone has a 3pl8 squat and a 4pl8 deadlift, they pull with a rounded lower back because their muscles can't contract enough to actually lift the weight.
