If you suspect your fiber is low up fruits and veggies until poop is easy to pass and green, if poop is black and tarry eat peas ginger(pills or regular) apples and drink lots of water.

I find like 10g/500 calories is good for me. Anymore is difficult to reach tho, but more is merrier.
So eating 2000kcal a day is 40g of fiber if you're mathematically impaired.
