Looking for shit to listen to at work, what health and fitness or lifestyle podcasts does /fit/ recommend?
Barbell shrugged
Not really fitness related but "The history of Rome" podcast is great if you're interested in history, as is "The history of Byzantium" which follows up the story. I also recently started listening to the "Revolutions" podcast made by the same guy as the History Rome, and it seems to be just as good.
I don't really know any non-history podcasts but these are really great even though it's not what you asked for.
YMMV

I find Rooster Teeth to be a pretty good podcast, since it's pretty much just them goofing around for an hour and a half. With some game/Movie talk in there.

Rooster teeth is actually really good, as long as its not the annoying "B-team". Bernie, Gus, Barbara and Gavin is GOAT lineup. Gus has major autism but I love it

This. People usually complain about the fart jokes and puns, but I think Mark and Mike are pretty funny, and they have interesting guests

Their new podcast, off topic, is better because it's AH and it's run by Michael, so it's never B team.
Iron Radio. Old school meatheads. Anti-broscience and super-informative.
