Ok so I decided to lose body fat ASAP, I decided to eat 550 gr chicken breast and 195 gr canned tuna each day and nothing else. That is around 250 protein, 30 fat and 0 carbs. How long will it take to reach 10% body fat if I start this diet at 20% ?

Google PSMF (protein sparing modified fasting). It's basically what you're planning but less stupid. You're going to need to take a multivitamin and eat plenty of salt to not feel like shit. You also won't be able to keep it up for more than a week or two before you start losing your mind. There's also no way to lose fat that quickly without also losing some lean body mass. Other than that, it works really well. I lost about 5kg in the 10 days I did it, consuming nothing but tuna, protein powder, cottage cheese and chicken breast.

To lose body fat is all about how much you eat, now really about what you eat. You can eat nothing but candy and lose fat at the same speed you'd do by eating a full veggie diet, you'd just not be as healthy.

Just keep eating things you normally like to eat, do try and steer towards healthier alternatives if you want to. Just control your portions and you're golden.

(Chicken breast and tuna doesn't seem varied enough to include all your nutrients, though. So it probably isn't really healthy.)

Infinity weeks, because you won't stick to it, you'll fall apart after 7-10 days and pig out on all the shit you're used to eating and lose nothing. Try not imposing an extreme and stupid diet plan on yourself that you can actually stick to for at least 3-6 months, along with consistent, productive exercise, and maybe you'll see some actual loss.
