Looking for a routine which was posted some time ago on /fit/.
It was PPL variation, Chest triceps/Back biceps/legs shoulders rest repeat.....
On picture there was also some white dude, aesthetic as fuck, seen his picture lots of time on/fit/, also people said he did a small dose of roids while doing this routine.
Can someone help me find it?

Probably, but if you're a beginner lifter moving into intermediate lifting, I would recommend taking a rest day after every cycle.
It shouldn't affect you too much, just make sure you keep progressing your weights. Use microplates if you need to.
